1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and we1wi ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the we1wi online gaming platform accessible at https://we1wi.cam and any associated mobile or desktop applications.

We1wi provides online casino games, sports betting services, live casino tables, and related promotional services to eligible players in jurisdictions where such activity is lawful. The platform is operated under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore regulatory authority.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, visitors, and any individual accessing we1wi in any capacity. By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager on the platform, you confirm full acceptance of these Terms without reservation.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player on the we1wi platform, used to access games, manage funds, and claim promotions.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, matched deposit offer, free bet, cashback, or reload offer granted by we1wi under specific terms.

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which we1wi confirms the identity and eligibility of a Player prior to processing withdrawals or granting full account privileges.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on we1wi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. We1wi strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement for all gaming and betting activities on the platform. We do not accept registrations from individuals under this age.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of we1wi is lawful in your country or region of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where we1wi has restricted access to its services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, and must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by we1wi for violations of these Terms.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the we1wi platform. Creating multiple accounts (whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your Account. We1wi will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, WhatsApp, or email. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

We1wi shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, or from any unauthorised use of your Account where you have not acted with reasonable care.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 500, or at any time we1wi deems necessary for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention, we may require you to complete KYC verification. This process typically involves submitting:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport for Malaysian players);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or document confirming ownership of the bank account, e-wallet, or card used for deposits).

KYC documents are reviewed within two (2) business hours during standard operating hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC upon request may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is successfully completed.

5 Deposits

We1wi accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB), 7-Eleven Cliqq kiosks, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account restriction pending investigation.

We1wi does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees; we1wi is not responsible for any such charges. Processing times vary by method: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow reflect instantly; FPX bank transfers typically complete within 5–15 minutes; USDT TRC20 deposits require one blockchain confirmation (approximately 15–30 minutes).

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested at any time by verified account holders. All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

6.1 Processing Timeframes

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Transfer: 15–60 minutes.
• USDT TRC20: 15–30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation.

Processing times stated are estimates and may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after KYC verification is complete.
• Where a bonus has been applied to your Account, withdrawals may only be processed after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless specified otherwise.
• We1wi reserves the right to request additional documentation to process large withdrawals in compliance with our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.
• Funds deposited but not wagered at all may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

We1wi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been completed.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds — typically between MYR 50 and MYR 500 per round or bet. Exceeding this limit while using bonus funds may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry window — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
• Maximum cash-out limits may apply to specific bonus offers. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum cash-out cap derived from bonus play are not withdrawable.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

We1wi actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting with bonus funds, arbitrage betting, low-variance betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and any coordinated abuse by groups of players. Where abuse is detected, we1wi reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts without prior notice.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on we1wi are governed by the specific rules published for each game or market. In accepting these Terms, you agree to abide by all applicable game rules in addition to these general Terms.

We1wi uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for its virtual games, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studio facilities and are governed by the operating rules of the live dealer system in use.

For sports betting, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets, odds are determined at the time of bet placement and are final once a bet is confirmed. In-play bets are subject to pre-match bet rules where the in-play market rules do not explicitly differ. We1wi reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error or where circumstances rendering the bet void are evidenced.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the we1wi platform and will result in account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in multiplayer or live dealer games;
• Laundering money or engaging in any transaction that violates applicable AML/CFT laws;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where we1wi's services are prohibited;
• Using chargebacks, fraudulent payment reversals, or disputed transactions as a mechanism to obtain funds;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing we1wi staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gambling

We1wi is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all eligible players. We offer the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the we1wi platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of we1wi or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content or software on the platform. Any unauthorised use of we1wi's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we1wi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical failures outside of we1wi's reasonable control;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, server issues, or third-party outages;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers (e.g., Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go network downtime);
• Any loss arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit we1wi's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Suspension & Termination

We1wi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected;
• A player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory order, or payment processor instruction;
• We determine in our sole discretion that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other players.

Upon termination of an Account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), we1wi reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, confirmed real-money balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's verified payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned via verified payment method upon final account review.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we1wi holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and we1wi, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. We aim to respond to formal dispute notices within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by we1wi's licensing authority. Class action proceedings are not permitted to the extent allowable under applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

We1wi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
